Giving Back in 2007

RealtyUSA, the largest independent real estate company in New York State, along with 1st Priority Mortgage, are proud to continue their tradition of giving back to the communities where we live and work. In fact, we have made contributing to the community part of our Core Values.

Thanks to the generosity and support of our agents and staff, RealtyUSA and 1st Priority Mortgage contributed over $100,000 to several charities across Upstate New York in 2006 including the Alzheimer's Association, Gilda's Clubs and the United Way.

Gilda's Club

Gilda's Club is a warm, home-like and non-residential place where people with cancer and their families and friends can gather for support and networking groups, lectures, workshops, and social events - all free of charge. RealtyUSA and 1st Priority Mortgage are helping Gilda's Clubhouse in Buffalo, Rochester and the Capital Region with various projects including supply drives and fundraising events.

Alzheimer's Association

The Alzheimer's Association provides hope and help for individuals and their families who have Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia. It is estimated that sixteen million Americans will have Alzheimer's by the middle of the next century unless a cure or prevention is found.

RealtyUSA and 1st Priority Mortgage participate in the Memory Walks which are held in the fall across Upstate New York in order to raise funds for a cure.

United Way Annual Campaign

Supporting the United Way Annual Campaign is the best way to do the most good with a single contribution. The United Way provides funds to hundreds of agencies and foundations in Upstate New York, ensuring that the most pressing needs in our community are addressed and funded.
