Orchard Park in Buffalo’s Southtowns area is a friendly close-knit community with fine homes, excellent schools, convenient shopping and a rewarding rural character. Its name applies to two separate municipalities with a combined population over 30,000. Realty USA’s office is prominently located at the “Four Corners” of the village. This historical building is the home for many of the top real estate professionals in Western New York.

Louise Van Wart, Broker Associate, is a 25 year veteran in the Real Estate business. She has been managing a RealtyUSA Office for the past twenty years. She presently holds a CRB designation for managers and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. In the mid ‘80’s, Louise acquired a Treasury Card certification and training in taxes and rates of return for financial investments.

She has won many sales excellence awards over the years for both her own sales production and the achievements of her office. She has also received awards over the years for fund raising events for charities.

She has been very active in the community over the years, holding positions on the Board of Directors for the Eastern Niagara Chamber of Commerce, Chamber of the Tonawandas and the Lockport Board of Realtors. She has served on several committees including the Partners in Pride, a Board of Education shadowing program, and many Buffalo Board of Realtors committees.
